Approved students will incur a daily charge

Early move-in may be refused for any individual who fails to provide prior notice


EARLY MOVE-IN REQUEST


Housing Agreement Section Terms: Early Arrivals / Late Departures Move-in and Move-out dates for the academic year will be published by the Housing Office. In the event that a student requests an early arrival or late departure date or wishes to reside in campus housing during any period in which the University campus is otherwise closed down for any reason, such request(s) may be granted at the sole discretion of Housing and will be subject to such additional charges and terms as Housing may impose as a condition of granting such student request. Any early arrival, late departure, or other non-standard occupancies in campus housing requested by the student which has been approved by the Housing Office in writing will continue to be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement but may exclude access to certain resources or campus facilities (such as meal/cafeteria services or cleaning services) as stipulated by the Housing office in agreeing to approve the student’s request.

New Student Move-In: Wednesday, August 24, 2022  |  8:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Returning Students Move-In: Saturday, August 27, 2022  |  9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Fall Preseason Athlete Early Arrival Dates

Football: August 10, 2022  |  9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Cross Country: August 18, 2022  |  9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Soccer: August 18, 2022  |  9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Women's Volleyball: August 19, 2022  |  9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Note: Preseason early arrival athletes cannot request to move in earlier than the date assigned

By completing this request form, I am requesting to move into my housing assignment prior to my scheduled move-in date. I understand that Residence Life must review and approve my request prior to my arrival. I agree and acknowledge the terms of my housing agreement and University policies during my on-campus stay. I understand that I am requesting to move in prior to the term of my academic housing agreement and that there is a prorated daily cost listed as $30 per night leading to my original move-in date set forth by Residence Life.  Furthermore, I understand that approvals may take up to 7 days for review and associated fees will be applied to my student account.
